My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the private pool villa we had was stunningly located with an incredible ocean view, and the room was well-cleaned. However, the overall service left much to be desired with a lack of a warm welcome and unhelpful staff. The breakfast was also a disappointment, except for the egg station. Overall, while the room itself was great, the service and dining experience need significant improvement.
